I have been an English Tutor for over 20 years. I always encourage a positive attitude towards learners' future aims and achievements and show a commitment to accuracy and professional integrity. My teaching area covers KS2 to Degree level and preparation for the ISEB Entrance Exams.Experience
I have had the opportunity to develop my teaching skills further by gaining valuable experience in teaching learners who need extra support to overcome barriers to achieving. My skills gained within my teaching career are necessary to motivate such barriers including Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia as well as emotional and behavioural issues. My son rarely takes to English this well but Miss Henry’s lessons are so engaging that my son really enjoyed his lesson. She knows her stuff, which is great .
